Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. thick & chunky salsa
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 1/4 c. cooked turkey, shredded
- 1/4 c. celery, minced
- 10 taco shells
- 10 med.-size lettuce leaves, shredded
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted & cut in sm. chunks (optional)
- 1 c. radishes, minced
Direcciones
- Mix 1/4 cup salsa with the lowfat sour cream in a medium-size bowl till blended. Stir in turkey and celery. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place taco shells on cookie sheet. Bake about 5 min till hot. To assemble; fill each taco shell with a layer of lettuce, turkey mix, avocado, radishes and remaining salsa. Serve immediately. Makes 10 tacos.
