Receta Cappuccino Muffins

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Cake flour
- 1 1/4 c. All purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Cocoa pwdr
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Decaffinaeted Folgers Crystals
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 6 Tbsp. Butter, softened
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Half-n-half
- 2 x Large eggs Zest of two oranges, chopped
- 6 ounce Finely minced bittersweet chocolate
Direcciones
- Butter 12 large muffin c.. Stir together flours, cocoa pwdr, sugars, baking pwdr, folgers. In another bowl, beat butter, half-n-half, lowfat sour cream, and Large eggs till smooth. Mix in dry ingredients, orange zest, and chcocolate into egg cream mix. Mix lightly until just moistened. Fill prepared muffin c. 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees until tops are hard, about 15 min.
