Receta Caramel Apple Cheesecake

• 1 1/2 pkt GRAHAM CRACKERS, crushed
• 5 Tbsp. BUTTER, melted
• 1/2 c. PECANS, minced
• 1/3 c. SUGAR Mix and press into bottom and sides of 10" springform pan. Bake at 350-degrees for 10 min. Remove crust from oven And place a pan of water in the bottom of the oven. CAKE
• 32 ounce CREAM CHEESE, unwrapped and warmed in Microwave 2 min.
• 1 1/4 c. SUGAR
• 1/4 c. CORNSTARCH
• 5 x JUMBO Large eggs, out of shell and warmed in Microwave 25 seconds.
• 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
• 2 c. APPLE, minced and peeled
• 1 1/2 tsp APPLE PIE SPICE (or possibly 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 ts Nutmeg)
• 1/2 c. CARAMEL TOPPING (such as ice cream
