Receta Caraway Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Butter or possibly butter substitute
- 2 x Large eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. Grated orange or possibly lemon rind
- 1/2 tsp Caraway seed
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Flour
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs and lowfat milk. Sift flour, measure, and sift with baking soda, salt, and ginger. Add in to first mix. Add in lemon rind and caraway seed. Add in sufficient additional flour to create a soft roll dough. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerateovernight. Turn onto lightly floured board.
- Roll in sheet 1/2 inch thick. Cut with floured cutter. Place on slightly oiled baking sheet. Bake in warm oven (400 F) 10 min. 75 servings.
