Receta Carrabba's Bread Dipping Spice

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. chopped basil
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley (Italian is best)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 tsp dry thyme
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 1 tsp grnd black pepper
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt or possibly grnd sea salt
- 1/2 tsp minced rosemary
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 tsp fresh lemon juice
Direcciones
- Combine all of the ingredients, except oil and lemon.
- Put in a small food processor, (I used my little food chopper)
- Chop briefly till all ingredients are about the same.
- Stir in oil and lemon juice.
- To Serve: Combine about 1 1/2 tsp. spice blend to 3 to 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil on a small Dish.
- Dip sliced Bread in Mix.
- French bread is good.
