Receta Carrot Cake Bars

Ingredientes
- 2 1/4 c. Unsifted flour
- 2 c. Firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Shredded carrots
- 1 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 pkt (9 ounce) condensed mincemeat, finely crumbled
- 2 tsp Grated orange rind
- 3/4 c. Minced nuts
- 3 c. Powdered sugar
- 1 pkt (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 2 tsp Butter, softened
- 1 1/2 tsp Grated orange rind
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 . In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except nuts and frosting; mix till well blended. Beat on high speed 3 min.
- Stir in nuts. Pour into well greased and floured 15 x 10 inch baking pan.
- Bake 45 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
- Cold completely. Frost with cream cheese frosting. Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
- Cream Cheese Frosting: In large mixer bowl, combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter, orange rind and vanilla, beat till smooth. Refrigerateif you like.
