  • 12 ounce White fish fillets, skinned and cut into chunks. eg. cod, whiting, haddock, monkfish
  • 1 lb mussels">Mussels or possibly mix of mussels">mussels, cockels or possibly clams
  • 1 x Clove garlic minced finely
  • 1 med Onion minced
  • 2 can Minced tomatoes
  • 4 ounce Chorizo sausage, (or possibly any spicy sausage), sliced
  • 1 x Glass dry white wine

Direcciones

  1. Make tomato sauce by frying garlic and onion in a little oil till soft. Add in tomatoes and white wine, simmer for 15 min with the lid off. Wash shellfish carefully in cool water and add in to the sauce - cook for 5 min till the shellfish open. Throw away any which stay closed. Heat chorizo sausage in saucepan till oil runs (1-2 min). Drain on kitchen paper. Throw away oil. Add in sausage to the sauce. Add in the white fish to the sauce and cook for a further 2-3 min till the fish is cooked. Serve with fresh crusty bread or possibly boiled potatoes.
  2. NOTES : A hot spicy fish and sausage stew - ideal for cool winter evenings.
