Receta Cauliflower in dill and mustard sauce

Ingredientes
- 10 lbs cauliflower
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 Tbsp garlic
- 3 cups plain low fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup dijon style mustard
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp dill weed
Direcciones
- Steam or boil cauliflower until tender.
- In a small sauce pan, heat oil.
- Add garlic and saute until golden.
- Remove from heat.
- In a blender or food processor, combine yogurt, mustard, soy sauce, dill, adn garlic cooked in oil.
- Blend until smooth.
