  1. Combine all in food processor, then slowing add in 1 c. oil while processing.
  2. Tear up romaine lettuce in large bowl. Pour on sufficient dressing to coat well and toss. Sprinkle on parmesan cheese and toss. Add in bacon bit and croutons, toss with salad.
  3. NOTES : Garlic amount can be change. I usually use 2 - 3 cloves depending on their size. Dressing is best made ahead. I usually make it in the morning for dinner which night.
