Receta Chafing Dish Party Meatballs

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1/2 c. Fine dry breadcrumbs
- 1/3 c. Onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. Crisco vegetable shortening
- 1 x 12oz bottle chili sauce
- 1 x 10z jar grape jelly
Direcciones
- Combine the first9 ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 1" meatballs. Co in an electric skillet in warm shortening over medium heat for 10-15 min or possibly till browned. Drain on paper towels. Throw away grease.
- Combine chili sauce and grape jelly in a medium saucepan (or possibly same electric skillet); stir well. Add in meatballs and simmer on low for 30 min, stirring occasionally. Serve with toothpicks out of a chafing dish to keep hot.
- Makes about 5 dozen meatballs.
