Ingredients: Chinese Spareribs; 1 1/2 lb spareribs; 1/4 c. brown sugar; 2 Tbsp. red bean curd sauce; 1/4 c. honey; 1/2 tsp 5-spice pwdr; 1 tsp salt; 2 Tbsp. sherry; 1 tsp red food coloring; 1 x crushed clv garlic

Ingredientes

Chinese Spareribs
1 1/2 lb spareribs
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. red bean curd sauce
1/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp 5-spice pwdr
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp. sherry
1 tsp red food coloring
1 x crushed clv garlic

Direcciones

Place spareribs into large pan. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over spareribs and marinate overnight, turning once. Put spareribs in roasting pan and bake in oven at 325* for 30 min. Turn spareribs, baste with remaining marinade. Continue baking for 30 more min.
Special Notes: Some Chinese cooks will use a whiskey instead of Sherry.
