Ingredientes

Heat butter in large heavy saucepan. Add in onion and carrot, cover and cook over low heat about 5 min. Blend in four, mustard, and paprika. Stir in cheese and 1 can broth till cheese is melted. Add in remaining ingredients; simmer 30 min, stirring occasionally.
Makes 7 c.. Garnish bowls of soup with popcorn, chopped chives, minced parsley, or possibly crumbled bacon.
