Receta Cheddar Cheese Dip

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 ct creamy-style cottage cheese* (12 ounce.)
- 1 c. cubed sharp cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Place first 4 ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Add in cheese a few cubes at a time. Cover container and set to BLEND till smooth.
- If necessary, stop blender and push ingredients towards the blades with a rubber spatula.
- Makes about 2 1/2 c. Dip.
- * 1 (12 ounce.) carton of lowfat sour cream may be substituted for the cottage cheese.
