Ingredientes
- 6 ounce sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 ounce mild Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 c. minced cooked ham
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 shakes Tabasco sauce
- 6 slices bread without the crust
Direcciones
- Line a casserole with the bread slices. Put together all remaining ingredients and pour over bread slices. Chill at least 12 hrs. Place in a cold oven and heat to 325 degrees and cook for 45 min Serves 8 to 10 people.
