Receta Cheese Risotto

Ingredientes
- 1 c. minced onion
- 3 tsp margarine
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 c. water
- 2 x chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 x 3 ounce. can sliced mushrooms, undrained
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 dsh pepper
- 1 1/2 c. (6 ounce.) shredded Sharp cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350F. Cook onion in margarine till tender. Stir in rice; cook till lightly browned. Add in remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to a boil; simmer 5 min. Layer rice mix & 1 c. cheese in 1 1/2 qt casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350F, 1 hour.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese; return to oven till cheese melts.
