Ingredientes

1 pkt yeast
3 1/2 c. bread flour
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 c. lowfat milk 80 deg
1/2 c. water 80 deg
2 Tbsp. shortening 80 deg
1 x egg room temp

Delicious with grilled hamburgers or possibly cool meats.
After the machine has completed the second rising, it will beep. Remove the dough and divide into 2 parts. Divide each half into 4 pcs. Shape each piece into a smooth ball, place on greased cookie sheet, flatten to a 4" diameter. Cover; let rise in hot place about 15 min. Combine 1 slightly beaten egg and one Tbsp. water; brush on buns; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees, 10 to 12 min.
