Receta Cheesy Oven Fried Smelts

Ingredientes
- 3 lb Pan-dressed smelts
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 c. Flavored bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Freshly grated Parmesan or possibly Romano cheese
- 1/3 c. Melted butter Paprika
Direcciones
- Wash & dry fish. Combine lowfat milk & salt: combine bread crumbs & cheese.
- Dip fish in lowfat milk, roll in crumbs. Place fish in a single layer in well greased 15*10*1" baking dish; pour butter over fish & sprinkle liberally with paprika. Bake in 500 oven 8-10 min.
