Receta Chesapeake Crab Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pound crab meat
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 tbsp. minced green peppers
- 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon capers
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- Dash of garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3-4 drops warm sauce
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients. Stir and mix. Cover and refrigerate1-2 hrs. I have used imitation crabmeat and it works very well.
