  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 (12 ounce.) whole kernel corn, liquid removed
  • 1 (8 3/4 ounce.) can cream style corn
  • 1 c. (8 ounce.) dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can diced green chilies, liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. minced onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce.) pkg. corn muffin mix

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2-qt casserole. In large bowl, beat Large eggs well. Add in whole kernel corn and cream style corn, lowfat sour cream, butter, green chilies, green onions and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add in corn muffin mix and blend well. Pour in casserole. Bake for 55 to 60 min or possibly till top is set and knife comes out clean.
