- 3 c. Peanut oil
- 1 x Egg
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Flour
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Salt
- 2 x Chicken breasts, halved Skinless, boneless
- 4 x Plain hamburger buns
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted

- Heat the peanut oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat toabout 400 . In a small bowl beat the egg and stir in the lowfat milk. Ina separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, pepper and salt. Dipeach piece of chicken in lowfat milk till it is fully moistened. Note. It is very important which your oil be warm for thisrecipe. Test the temp by dropping some of the flour coating intothe oil.
