Receta Chicken And Black Bean Guacamole Tostadas

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg ripe avocado peeled, pitted
- 4 tsp fresh lime juice
- 2/3 c. canned black beans rinsed, liquid removed
- 2 x green onions minced Warm pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)
- 2 x cooked chicken breast halves shredded (about 1 3/4 c.)
- 1 x tomato seeded, minced
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp grnd cumin Lime juice
- 4 x purchased tostada shells (crisp corn tortillas)
- 2 c. shredded lettuce
- 2/3 c. Crumbled Mild Goat Cheese or possibly Feta Cheese (such as Montrachet) Purchased salsa
Direcciones
- Place avocado in medium bowl. Add in lime juice and mash till almost smooth. Fold in beans and green onions. Season guacamole to taste with warm sauce, salt and pepper.
- Combine shredded chicken, tomato, cilantro and cumin in small bowl. Season chicken mix to taste with lime juice, salt and pepper.
- Arrange tostada shells on plates. Top with lettuce, guacamole and chicken mix. Sprinkle with goat cheese. Spoon salsa over and serve.
