Receta Chicken And Coriander Balls

Ingredientes
- 500 gm chicken fillets, finely chopped
- 1 x onion, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
- 1 tsp minced fresh coriander
- 1 x tomato, minced
- 1/2 c. fresh white bread crumbs
- 1 tsp grnd cumin
- 1/4 c. finely minced almonds salt and pepper oil for shallow frying
Direcciones
- 1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- 2. Shape mix into small balls. Heat oil in a large frying pan, add in balls and fry over a moderate heat till golden all over, about 5 mins.
- 3. Drain on paper toweling and allow to cold. Store in an air tight container or possibly wrap in foil and refrigeratein the fridge till ready to pack.
- Serve these tasty chicken balls with soy sauce
