  • 1 lb Boneless chicken, cubed
  • 1 x Green pepper, sliced
  • 2 sprg parsley, chopped
  • 1 can Crushed tomatoes Parmesan cheese
  • 1 med Onion, sliced
  • 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil Salt/pepper
  • 3/4 lb Fettuccine

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry chicken in a 6 qt casserole with oil till borown; add in chopped garlic, parsley, salt and pepper and saute/fry for 3 min. Add in crushed tomatoes and bring to a boil. Cover pot and simmer on low heat for 45 min. Add in onions and peppers. Saute/fry lightly for 15 min. Add in more salt and pepper to taste. Serve over fettuccine with parmesan.
