Receta Chicken Breasts Vesuvio

Ingredientes
- 4 x Split Chicken breasts, Tyson Holly Farms
- 2 x 8 ounce. baking potatoes, cut as desired Salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Rinse chicken with cool water and pat dry with paper towels. Arrange chicken in single layer in shallow baking pan.
- Arrange potatoes in same pan. Sprinkle chicken and potatoes lightly with salt and pepper. Combine vegetable oil, lemon juice, garlic and seasonings; brush on chicken and potatoes. Bake at 350 F for 50 to 55 min or possibly till chicken is done and potatoes are tender when tested with a fork. Remove chicken and potatoes to a hot platter to serve. Chill leftovers.
