Receta Chicken & Broccoli Pasta

Ingredientes
- 1 pound pasta (multi-colored)
- 1/2 head broccoli
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 bottle Italian salad dressing
- 1 sm. can pineapple slices
- 1 sm. can pineapple chunks
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 3 tbsp. oil
- Seasonings
Direcciones
- Cut chicken breasts into chunks and marinate in wine and 1/4 c. salad dressing for 1/2 hour. Sprinkle with garlic pwdr and fry till browned in 1/4 c. of liquid from marinade and 3 Tbsp. oil. Cook pasta according to directions on box. Chop broccoli and onion into small pcs.
- In large bowl mix pasta, broccoli, onion, salad dressing, chicken and pineapple chunks. Season with salt, pepper, parsley, dill and celery salt to taste. Arrange in casserole bowl with pineapple slices placed on top. Serve cool. Preparation time: 45 min. Serves: 4 as main course.
