Receta Chicken Cacciatore With Linguine

Ingredientes
- 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 5 ounce Skinless, boneless chicken, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1/2 c. Minced onion
- 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
- 1/2 c. Minced red bell pepper
- 1/2 c. Sliced mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1 c. Canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 dsh Fresh grnd black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. Warm cooked linguine
- 2 tsp Grated parmesan cheese.
Direcciones
- In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil; add in chicken, onion and garlic. Cook over med-high heat, stirring occasionally, till onion is translucent/soft, about 3 min. Add in bell pepper; cook 1 minute. Add in mushrooms and vinegar; cook 1 minujte longer. Stir in tomatoes and pepper; reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min.
- To serve place linquine on platter; spoon chicken mix over. Sprinkle with cheese.
