Receta Chicken Clam Sauce For Pasta

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 lb grnd chicken
- 1 med onion chopped
- 2 x cloves garlic chopped
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/4 c. chicken broth canned is fine
- 3/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. snipped fresh parsley or possibly 1 Tbsp. flakes
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1 can whole baby clams (10 ounce.) liquid removed
Direcciones
- Heat the butter in a skillet and then add in the grnd chicken and the onion. Cook and crumble till the chicken is cooked through. Add in the basil, salt and pepper, cook 1 minute. Stir in the flour, then add in the broth and the lowfat milk. Cook and stir till the mix thickens. Stir in the clams, wine and parsley. Heat through and serve over your favourite warm cooked pasta.
