  1. Heat 1/4 c. butter in a large skillet; add in chicken pcs and cook till browned. Remove chicken from skillet, reserving pan drippings in skillet; set chicken aside.
  2. Add in mushrooms and next 5 ingredients to pan drippings in skillet and saute/fry till vegetables are tender. Add in chicken; reduce heat and cook 15 min or possibly till chicken is done and mix is thoroughly heated. Set aside and keep hot.
  3. Cook fettucini according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Place fettucini in a large bowl. Combine half and half, 1/2 c. melted butter, parsley, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper; stir well. Add in half and half mix to fettucini; toss gently to combine. Sprinkle with pecans, and serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.
