Receta Chicken Fondue Bake

Ingredientes
- 16 chicken thighs (boneless & skinless)
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn, minced broccoli, partially cooked & liquid removed well
- 8 slices bacon, crisply fried & crumbled
- Fondue sauce
- Paprika
Direcciones
- Mix flour, salt and pepper; coat chicken with flour mix. Heat butter and oil over medium heat in 12-inch skillet till butter is melted. Cook chicken till light brown on both sides, about 15 min. Arrange chicken in ungreased, 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle the partially cooked broccoli over chicken, then do the same with the bacon. Then cover proportionately with this fondue sauce. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven, till warm & bubbly.
