Ingredientes
- 2 chicken breasts, boned & skinned
- 9 ounce. pkg. French style string beans
- 2 tomatoes, cut into eighths
- 1 sm. onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Soy sauce to taste
Direcciones
- Cut chicken into 1/2 inch strips. Heat butter in large skillet. Add in chicken and cook till all meat turns white. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook at low heat for 10 min. Serve over rice.
