Receta Chicken Liver Mushroom Pate

Ingredientes
- 1/2 stk butter
- 1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms
- 1 lb Chicken livers
- 1 tsp Garlic salt
- 1/3 c. Finely minced green onion
- 63/1000 tsp Dill seed
- 3 dsh Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/3 c. White wine
- 1 stk butter Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Simmer for 5 min in 1/4 c. butter the livers, mushrooms, garlic salt, paprika and green onions. Add in wine, dill weed and Tabasco sauce. Cover and cook slowly for 5-10 min longer. Cold. Put in blender or possibly food processor with 1/2 c. butter and salt. Blend till smooth and well mixed. Turn into mold and chill overnight.
- Makes about 3 c.. Serve with crackers.
