Receta Chicken Livers Simmered In Oyster Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Chicken livers
- 4 c. Water
- 1 x Or possibly
- 2 x Scallion stalks
- 2 Tbsp. Smoked ham
- 1 c. Stock
- 2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. Water
Direcciones
- 1. Boil water and pour over chicken livers. Stir a few times, then drain.
- Rinse quickly with cool water and drain again. Then cut in 1/2-inch slices.
- Separately mince scallion stalks and smoked ham.
- 2. Heat stock. Add in oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt and scallions.
- Bring to a boil.
- 3. Add in chicken livers. Reduce heat to medium and cook, covered, till done
- (about 3 min).
- 4. Meanwhile blend cornstarch and cool water to a paste; then stir in to thicken. Garnish with chopped ham and serve.
