Receta Chicken Livers Wrapped In Bacon

Ingredientes
- 8 slc Bacon, halved
- 1 lb Chicken livers, halved
- 6 ounce Can whole water chestnuts, liquid removed and sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
Direcciones
- Lay bacon slices flat. Place chicken livers and water chestnuts on top, roll up and secure with toothpicks. Heat oil in wok or possibly frying pan. Add in liver rolls and cook till bacon is browned. Serve.
