Receta Chicken Loaf Or Ring

Ingredientes
- 2 c. scalded lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
Direcciones
- Pour warm lowfat milk slowly in a thin stream onto Large eggs, stirring constantly. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into buttered loaf pan or possibly ring mold. Bake at 300 degrees till knife inserted in center comes out clean, 45-60 min, approximately. The ring will cook in less time than the loaf. Do not overbake. Remove from oven and let stand 10 min before unmolding.
- Good cool or possibly warm. Fill a warm chicken ring with rice or possibly macaroni, a cool ring with fresh salad. Serves 6-8.
