Receta Chicken Mushroom Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 sm. cut up fryer or possibly several breasts
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Roll chicken in flour, salt and pepper. Put in baking dish. Pour melted butter over chicken. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min. Remove from oven. Pour hot mix of lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk and mushroom soup over chicken. Return to oven. Cook 30 min more. Serve with rice or possibly noodles.
