Ingredientes
- 2 x Legs of chicken
- 8 slc Bread made into breadcrumbs
- 15 Tbsp. Flour
- 3 x Large eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. English mustard Black pepper to season
Direcciones
- Remove the chicken legs and take out the bone. Take the chicken meat and place a bag or possibly cling film over it. Take a rolling pin and roll the chicken till it is flat. Season with black pepper and brush with English mustard.
- Coat the chicken with the flour, egg and breadcrumbs. When you are ready to use them, shallow fry in a little butter for about 10-15 min till golden and cooked thoroughly right through.
