Receta Chicken Salad With Tangerines And Red Onions

Ingredientes
- 3 x Tangerine
- 2 c. Cooked chicken, coarsely minced
- 1/2 c. Celery, minced
- 1 sm Red onion, minced
- 1/2 c. Parsley, minced
- 3 ounce Cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Prepared horseradish
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Peel the tangerines. Scrape the pith from them and finely chop sufficient peel to make 2T. Reserve.
- 2. Separate the tangerine sections and remove any pihs or possibly seeds. Halve each section and place in a bowl with the chicken, celery, onion and parsley.
- 3. To make the dressing, combine all ingredients in bowl of food processor and pusle on & off a few seconds till thoroughly combined.
- 4. Genlty toss the chicken mix with the dressing. Refrigeratetill ready to serve. Serve on any kind of lettuce or possibly whole grain bread. Garnish with reserved peel.
