Ingredientes

  • 25 lbs Chicken Tenderloins
  • 1 1/2 cups Season All
  • 8.5 lbs Melted Margarine
  • 2 cups Parsley Flakes Fresh
  • 1.25 cups Sp. Garlic Natural Chopped
  • 20 lbs Linguine Pasta

Direcciones

  1. Dust chicken in flour and place on pan and ladle margarine over chicken.
  2. Cook in oven at 325 F for 20-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Melt margarine add garlic and season salt.
  4. Cook noodles in boiling water for 10-15 minutes or a la dente.
  5. Strain noodles and set aside, place chicken in pot, and pour in margarine.
  6. Over chicken and heat 10-15 minutes. Add linguine and to 170 F.
  7. Add parsley and stir mixture well.
  8. Serving portion with round 4 ox spoodle or a level 6 oz spoodle.
