- 4 x Green onions (green and white part) (sliced)
- 1/2 c. Tarragon wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. Chopped capers
- 1 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x Capfuls lemon juice White pepper, salt to taste Pastry shells

- PASTRY SHELLS. EITHER YOU CAN BUY THE PHYLO SHELLS Or possibly PURCHASE FROM A FOOD DISTRIBUTOR THE MADE UP PASTRY SHELLS (THEY LOOK LIKE SEA SHELLS) ANY SMALL PASTRY SHELL, CANAPE SIZE WILL DO.
