Receta Chicken Szechuan With Peanuts

Ingredientes
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. dry sherry
- 2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned, and cut into 1 inch pcs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. hoisin sauce, or possibly molasses
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 2-3 dry whole red peppers
- 1/3 c. raw or possibly dry roasted peanuts
- 2 bunches green onion, minced, including tops

- Beat egg white with 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, 1 Tbsp. soy sauce, and sherry till frothy. Marinate chicken in the mix for 30 min.
- In a small bowl, combine salt, sugar, garlic, vinegar, hoisin sauce, water, 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, and 2 Tbsp. soy sauce. Blend till smooth.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or possibly wok; stir-fry chicken and red peppers. Add in peanuts and green onion. Add in vinegar mix; cook 5 min.
- Serve with rice.
