Receta Chicken Velvet Soup

Ingredientes
- 6 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 1 dsh pepper
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 1 c. fine minced cooked chicken
Direcciones
- In saucepan, heat butter or possibly margarine. Blend in flour, then stir in lowfat milk, light cream and chicken broth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix thickens and comes to a boil. Reduce heat.
- Stir in finely minced cooked chicken and dash of pepper. Return soup to boiling and serve immediately.
- Makes about 5 c. of soup.
