- 2 tbsp butter
- (1 lb) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tsp finely chopped fresh garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 medium size red, yellow or green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- (8 oz) sugar snap peas, tips and strings removed, cut in half
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or water
- 2 cups hot cooked wild rice
Direcciones
- Melt butter in A 10" skillet until sizzling; add chicken and garlic. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring often, until chicken is no longer pink (5 to 7 minutes).
- Stir in all remaining ingredients except wine and rice. Continue cooking, stirring often, until vegetables are crisp-tender (3 to 5 minutes).
- Stir in wine. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until heated through (1 to 2 minutes). Serve over rice.
