- 4 x THIN CHICKEN CUTLETS 1/4 Pound
- 1 tsp ONION Pwdr
- 1/2 c. EVAPORATED SKIMMED Lowfat milk
- 4 Tbsp. HALF & HALF
- 6 x LARGE PITTED BLACK OLIVES
- 2 Tbsp. GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
- 2 x SLICE CRISP FRIED BACON
- 2 x DASH WHITE PEPPER

- IN A 10" NONSTICK SKILLET, COMBINE MARGARINE AND OIL AND HEAT Till MELTED.
- Add in CHICKEN AND COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT, TURNING ONCE, Till COOKED THROUGH AND LIGHTLY BROWNED, 2 TO 3 Min PER SIDE. TRANSFER TO A PLATE AND SET ASIDE. IN THE SAME SKILLET, COOK Lowfat milk, ONION Pwdr, HALF & HALF AND JUICES FROM CHICKEN Till SMALL BUBBLES APPEAR. STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND COOK Till CHEESE MELTS AND Mix THICKENS, 1 TO 2 Min. RETURN CHICKEN TO THE SKILLET AND COOK Till CHICKEN IS HEATED THROUGH, 1 TO 2 Min LONGER.
