Receta Chicken With Rosemary ( Pollo Con Rosmarino )

Ingredientes
- 4 x chicken portions
- 1 x salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 25 gm butter
- 23 x rosemary sprigs
- 23 clv garlic
- 8 Tbsp. dry white wine or possibly chicken stock
Direcciones
- Season the chicker with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil butter rosemary and garlic in a large pan.
- Add in the chicken and fry for 10 to 12 min till golden brown turning once.
- Add in the wine or possibly stock and bring to just below boiling point.
- Simmer uncovered for 20 to 30 min till tender.
- Transfer the chicken to a warmed serving dish and keep warm.
- Remove the rosemary and garlic and spoon off the surplus fat from the pan.
- Add in 2 to 4 Tbsp. water to the pan juices and bring to the boil stirring to incorporate the sediment.
- Pour over the chicken to serve
