Ingredientes
- 2 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 1 x Green pepper, minced
- 1 can (16-ounce) tomato sauce
- 1 can (4-ounce) minced green chiles
- 1/4 lb Margarine or possibly butter
- 3 x Fresh Jalapeno chiles, diced
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion & green pepper in butter or possibly margarine. Heat cheese in top of double boiler. Add in remaining ingredients to cheese. Cover & cook 1 hour, stirring often. Serve warm with fritos.
