Ingredientes
- 1 c. onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 2 med. green peppers, diced
- 4 tbsp. warm fat
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 (#2) can kidney beans
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Dash of thyme
- Dash of marjoram
- 1 (#2) can tomatoes
Direcciones
- Cook onion, garlic, and green peppers in fat till soft. Push to one side of skillet and add in meat. Stir till brown and crumbly. Add in tomatoes, beans, and seasonings; simmer for 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve warm. Good with crackers and vegetable salad.
