Ingredientes
- 3 pound stew meat
- 2 cans minced green chilis
- 4 onions, minced
- 4 peeled tomatoes or possibly 1 lg. can
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped or possibly 1 tbsp. garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
Direcciones
- Brown beef and onions. Add in rest of ingredients and cook till tender. (Simmer 3 to 4 hrs.)
