Receta Chilled Rice And Artichoke Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. chicken Rice A Roni
- 2 green onions, minced
- 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/2 green pepper, minced
- 12 sliced green olives
- 1/4 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Direcciones
- Cook rice as directed, except omit butter. Add in onion, green pepper, and olives. Drain artichoke hearts, saving liquid. Add in curry pwdr to mayonnaise, then add in to artichoke liquid. Mix well. Add in to rice, then cut up artichokes. Refrigerate. Serves 8.
