- 450 gm Rhubarb, washed, trimmed, sliced - 1 lb
- 480 ml Water - 2 c
- 240 gm Sugar - 1 c or possibly to taste
- 480 ml Pomegranate juice - 2 c
- 60 ml Strained orange juice or possibly rose syrup - 1/4 c

- Makes 1.5 L
- Stew rhubarb with water and sugar for about 15 minutes. Strain juice; throw away solids. Add in juices and cold. Refrigeratewell and serve over ice.
