Receta Chinese Chicken And Noodles

Ingredientes
- DRESSING
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp Asian sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 c. coarsely minced fresh ginger
- 2 tsp finely minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. coarsely minced green onions
- 1 lb spaghetti">linguine or possibly thin spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
- 1/4 lb snow peas
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 c. cooked chicken, cut into thin strips
- 1 x red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 can (8 ounce.) sliced water chestnuts or possibly 1 large celery rib, sliced thin
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions
- 2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted (optional)
Direcciones
- 1. Make Dressing: Combine vegetable oil, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and red pepper flakes in large bowl. Process ginger, garlic and green onions infood processor till minced fine. Whisk into soy mix.
- 2. Rinse pasta under cool water and set aside. Heat snow peas with salt in 1 inch water in medium saucepan over high heat till snow peas are bright green, 20 seconds. Remove from heat. Drain and rinse under cool water. Cut into thin strips.
- 3. Add in snow peas and pasta to dressing with remaining ingredients; toss to coat. (Can be made ahead. Cover and chill up to 4 hrs.)
